Hide or unhide in 2 clicks

How to hide a worksheet
Right-click the sheet tab
At the bottom of the window, right-click the tab of the sheet you want to hide.
Choose Hide
In the menu, click Hide. The tab disappears — the sheet is now hidden.
Hide several sheets at once
Hold Ctrl and click each tab you want to hide (or Shift to select a range), then right-click one of them → Hide.
How to unhide a worksheet
Right-click any visible sheet tab
Then choose Unhide.
Select the hidden sheet
Pick the sheet from the list and click OK. If several sheets are hidden, select one (or press Ctrl and pick more) and click OK.
Common problems & fixes
Unhide is grayed out
The workbook has no hidden sheets, or the workbook structure is protected. Go to Review → Unprotect Workbook and try again. See the Unprotect Worksheet guide.
A sheet still won't appear after unhiding
It may be "Very Hidden." Set in VBA, Very Hidden sheets never show in the Unhide list — change them in the VBA Properties window (see FAQ below).
Mac users
Right-click (or Control+click) the sheet tab → Hide. To unhide: Format menu → Sheet → Unhide.
